Creates a line of colour that follows the contour of the membrane edge.
COVERAGE:
At minimum, Rimmed must cover a thin line along the back membranes.
At maximum, Rimmed may create a thicker band along all fin membranes.
At maximum, Rimmed may create a thicker band along all fin membranes.

Hard and Soft edged allowed.

Any colour of the pallet, excluding neon and fluorescent.
