This mutation causes the fins, ridges of feathers or scales, to extend the entire length of the dragon.
COVERAGE:
Fringed may start at the nose of a dragon, and run all the way along the back to the tail tip.
Fringed may not make the fins larger or longer, but will extend the range of them.
